Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
– Unworn and unused
– In their original packaging with tags attached
– In a resellable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or opened feeding accessories unless faulty.

How to return an item

To initiate a return:

Email our Customer Service team at RETURNS@YOUTS.CO.UK (PLEASE CREATE) with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Pack your item securely and post it back to us.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
